Successful leaders are similar in one crucial way – they all exhibit a high degree of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). EQ is much more than a number score. It’s comprised of a set of specific skills and competencies that account for nearly 90% of what sets high performers apart from their peers.
In The Leadership X Factor: Expand Essential Emotional Intelligence Skills, participants will go beyond understanding their EQ scores to developing strategies for strengthening these crucial skills and competencies.
