Application Process

I appreciate your interest in applying to the Allergy and Immunology Fellowship program. We are participating in the Allergy and Immunology fellowship match administered by the National Residency Match Program (NRMP). All the applicants must register with NRMP. We will not accept any external candidates outside the match.

Requirements

• ERAS application
• Personal statement (one page only, 10-12 pt. font, single space)
• Curriculum vitae
• USMLE part 1, 2 and 3 scores
• Medical school transcript
• Two letters of recommendation
• Residency Program Director’s letter of recommendation
