Didactic-based courses
Simulation-based courses
Task-training – procedural courses
High-fidelity – resuscitation/case-based courses
Standardized patient – live patient actors – communication/physical exam courses (requires six months or more to prepare)
Cadaver-based courses
Hybrid courses (blending any of the above)
Executive level administrative support
Sophisticated (and free) marketing for courses associated with RCCSS – using MultiView
Individualized and regular communications with participants – emails and phone calls
Hotel/lodging assistance
Transportation advice
Discount parking assistance
