Study Spaces

Rush has study spaces in the Armour Academic Center designated solely for students.

  • Second floor study space, Student Union, Armour Academic Center 
    Room 216, south side of the cafeteria
    Open 24/7.
    Swipe card access is required.
  • Fifth floor study space, Armour Academic Center 
    Outside of Rooms 539 and 540
    Small and large tables and a counter with electrical outlets. Space for individuals and group study.
    Open 24/7.
  • Ninth floor study space, Armour Academic Center 
    Rooms 904 and 927
    Private cubicles with electrical outlets. Space for quiet study.
    Open 24/7.
  • Rush University Medical Center Library, Armour Academic Center
    Room 571 for 5th floor space, 787 and 790 for 7th floor space
    Open 24/7.
    Swipe card access is required.
    • The 5th floor collaborative space features computers, printing, and study tables.
    • AAC 790 features collaborative study environments and private study rooms available to reserve.
    • AAC 787 is for quiet study with private cubicles. This space is accessible to students with a valid Rush University badge only. Private study rooms are available to reserve.

  • Student lounge, Armour Academic Center
    Room 992
    Couches and tables for individual or group study.
    Open 24/7 with swipe card access on the weekends and after 11 p.m. during the week. Card access reader is located near the back door (Room 984).
