Financial aid disbursements for the Summer 2026 term will start as early as Friday, May 1, 2026. Students are encouraged to review both their self-service checklist in the Financial Aid Self-Service Portal as well as the Missing Documents checklist page to confirm that all documents have been completed.
Every student's situation may be different. Student progress through the curriculum may impact disbursement dates. Students are encouraged to reach out to the Office of Student Financial Aid to confirm the status of their account and the actual disbursement date.
For new students starting in the Medical School (M1):
The disbursements for your summer term will start as early as Monday, June 22, 2026. Please be sure to have your master promissory note and entrance counseling completed before that date as to not delay your aid. ***It is extremely important that summer aid needs to be disbursed before July 1st in order to qualify for legacy status under the new federal direct loan rules.
