Featured Facts

Overview

The Featured Facts component creates a visually engaging section on the page with options for a featured image accompanied by text over a blue background. An optional button can be added at the bottom of the component.

 

When to use Featured Facts

  • Can be used to feature an image and connect it with related content.
  • The featured facts can be used to list the steps of a process with a related image.

 

Tips for best results

  • Since it has a blue background this will take lots of visual weight on the page. Make sure the information contained in it is important enough to be highlighted with this level of impact. Featured Media - 1 column can be a less intrusive option.
  • Each fact can have an image/icon associated with it but this isn't required.
  • It's possible to use only a single featured fact if desired.

 

Image dimensions and considerations

  • Media: 600px wide by 400px tall
  • Icon: 150px wide by 150px tall, should have a transparent background using either a .png or .svg file. Search for 'icon' or 'statistics-icon' to find some frequently used options for this space.
