Full Width CTA

Overview

Full Width CTA (short for call to action) is a flexible component that can bring focus and color to an element you want to highlight on the page. It features multiple background color options and an optional button link.

When to use a Full Width CTA

  • Great component for highlighting important information and providing a call-to-action button that encourage visitors to take a specific action.
  • Can be used for quotes with colored backgrounds that can break up text-heavy pages.
  • Can be used at the top of pages to highlight important information you don't want users to miss.
  • Can be used in place of Connect with us CTA for contact information if minimal space is needed.

Tips for best results

  • Most pages won't need more than one of these; if you attempt to highlight too many different areas of the page it will be less clear to visitors what is important to focus on.
  • The Full Width CTA component can be used for impactful quotes by leaving the title field blank and not adding a button. This can be styled as green, light gray, or blue. Using the Lead text style can increase the size of text to highlight it further.
  • The button appears by default in the editor when adding a new component, but can be removed.
  • Due to having centered text, this component is not well suited to bulleted or numbered lists. Something like Featured Media - 1 column may be preferable for that situation.
