Keep It Movin' is a year-long church-based exercise program designed to decrease chronic illness and improve the overall quality of life within the African American community.

Limited mobility affects our daily tasks like crossing the street, participating in church activities, or even grocery shopping, making an independent lifestyle extremely difficult. Improved mobility means an improved quality of life – the ability to play with your children and grandchildren, participate in community activities, and do all the things you enjoy.
