Formed in 2019, the mission of the Rush University Staff Council (USC) is to provide a collective voice for the university's educational and research staff in order to improve the morale and effectiveness of the institution. The council, comprised of 25 individuals from across the University, seeks to listen and respond to the ideas and opinions of the staff and convey them to University administration.
