RUSH University Department of Emergency Medicine Administration and Health System Strategy Fellowship

Overview

The RUSH University Department of Emergency Medicine Administration and Health System Strategy Fellowship provides a 1 to 2-year immersive experience in ED and Health System Administration for Emergency Medicine Residency program graduates. Fellows will develop expertise in care delivery processes, quality & safety, hospital finance, informatics, and workforce management. The fellowship is in partnership with the Chief Medical Officer’s Office as well as the RUSH Health System Management program, a program that consistently sits in the top 5 of U.S. New World and Report year over year. Much of the activity will involve participating in inter-professional, cross-departmental teams.
