Health Systems Management Career Options

Graduates have an excellent employment rate — typically 90 percent are employed within three months of completing the program. Graduates are very successful at finding the jobs they want in the Chicago area and across the country, with the aid of our extensive faculty and alumni network.

In recent years, about one half of the program’s graduates have accepted positions in hospitals and health systems, about one third in consulting organizations, and the remainder in other health care sectors.

Employment of medical and health services managers is expected to grow 23 percent through 2022, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
