Mission
The South Asian Medical Student Association (SAMSA) is a national organization dedicated to unifying medical students and advocating for South Asian health. Through education, mentorship, and research, we aim to promote culturally competent care, address healthcare disparities, and advance discussions on South Asian health initiatives across the United States. Rush’s chapter of SAMSA provides a space for medical students passionate about these efforts to connect, collaborate, and advocate at both the local and national levels.
