| Dr. Keisha N. House, DNP, APRN-FPA, FNP-BC Dr. Keisha N. House is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with Full Practice Authority, and Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 27 years of healthcare experience. Her clinical expertise spans family medicine, reproductive health, gynecological health, women’s health, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, acute care, and community-based healthcare. Beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Dr. House advanced through roles as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, and Family Nurse Practitioner. Her diverse clinical background includes medical-surgical nursing, intensive care, labor and delivery, primary care, and caring for patients across the lifespan. Dr. House serves as the Director of the Rush ECHO Fellowship Treatment Program within the Substance Use Disorder Center of Excellence (SUD-COE), a role she has held for the past three years, where she leads innovative education, training, and workforce development initiatives focused on expanding evidence-based substance use disorder care. Through her leadership, she has supported the education and development of more than 1,000 healthcare professionals through Project ECHO and other clinical education initiatives. A recognized expert in healthcare education, addiction treatment, and workforce development, Dr. House has been invited to speak in numerous public forums, professional events, and academic settings across the United States. Her expertise has been featured through media appearances with CBS 2 News, WGN News, and National Public Radio (NPR), as well as educational engagements with major colleges and universities. Passionate about reducing stigma, improving access to quality care, and advancing evidence-based healthcare practices, Dr. House continues to mentor healthcare professionals, advocate for underserved communities, and develop innovative approaches that strengthen healthcare delivery and improve outcomes. |

Deanna Doss
| Deanna Doss, MSW, LSW, is an administrative assistant and social worker in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She completed her undergraduate degree in Community Health at Chicago State University as well as her Master's in Social Work. Her education and career have always focused on her passion for working with children and families. Deanna is continuously seeking to gain more skills and broaden her education. She will soon be engaged in supervision to obtain her clinical hours to take the exam and become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Deanna believes that change happens when people are given the guidance, they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives. |
Octavia Daniels | Octavia Daniels, MBA, is an Operations Manager in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. After spending 14 years working at a leading global financial services firm in various roles, Octavia began a path in non-profit. Prior to Rush, Octavia was a Project Manager at an executive search and consulting firm where she partnered with non-profit clients nationwide performing candidate outreach and interview processes. She is passionate about education and believes in doing her part to create meaningful change within the community. |

Paige Pickerl | Paige Pickerl LCSW, is a social worker and research manager for SUD-COE with Rush University Medical Center. Paige has been working as a social worker for 10 years, including undergraduate work in rural school settings, and mental health research interventions. Paige has worked on a variety of mental health research topics surrounding a longitudinal health study for individuals with SMI, jail diversion interventions for individuals with SUD, and supporting evaluations of educational interventions for medical professionals treating SUD. She has supported several publications on these topics and is passionate about disseminating health interventions in order to better support treatment for individuals with SMI/SUD. |

LaNyah Warrack | LaNyah Warrack, MBA, is a Program Manager who enjoys bringing people, ideas, and details together to make things happen. She has worked at Rush University Medical Center for the last 8 years and has found a passion for helping others and finds fulfillment in work that allows her to support people, strengthen programs, and contribute to the community. As the Program Manager for SUD-COE, LaNyah manages the activities to ensure they are aligned with deliverables. She enjoys the creative side of organizing, whether that means planning an event, developing materials, or finding a new way to make something work. She holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is currently pursuing her PMP certification. She believes some of the most meaningful work happens behind the scenes and enjoys knowing that her efforts can help make a difference for others. |

Harold Stuckey | Harold Stuckey, BBA, CADC, is a Recovery Support Specialist for SUD-COE in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Rush University Medical Center. He completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University in 1982. He also earned his certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) in 2025. With 15 years of previous work history in substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health, Harold can provide a more personalized approach. Also, with lived experience, he helps those who currently suffer from drug addiction and co-occurring mental health attain a better life. Harold is dedicated and compassionate to this cause and is an example to people who are afflicted with substance use disorder that change is possible. |
