  • Alumni and Current Students with specific forms to be filled out should submit requests for Enrollment or Degree Verifications here.
  • Current Students who need a Current Enrollment Verification Certificate (proof of enrollment at Rush University) should visit the Rush University Portal and click the “Enrollment Verification Certificate” link within the Quick Links menu.

• Official Transcript Request 
  • Currently enrolled students who need an Unofficial Transcript may download one from Student Planning Self-Service (log in required).  Unofficial transcripts are not available to alums or to students who are no longer enrolled.
