Research of Elizabeth McAninch, MD

Intro

Elizabeth McAninch, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Her research focuses on understanding aspects of thyroid hormone metabolism and genetic differences that impact these pathways. Translational application of these studies will help develop strategies that preserve thyroid hormone homeostasis in patients with hypothyroidism.
