Leah Cerwinske, MS, RD, LDN, is a clinical dietitian in the Department of Clinical Nutrition, working specifically in the cardiovascular intensive care unit and in the Rush Heart Center for Women outpatient clinic. She has worked with a variety of patient populations, both within the clinical realm and in the community setting. She has graduate experience in assessing the validity of a Mediterranean diet screening tool in an adult outpatient setting. In the future, she hopes to continue pursuing her research interests surrounding cardiovascular health and nutrition.
