Our program accepts one fellow each year. Candidates must have completed a residency in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, or physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Fellow’s salary is commensurate with a PGY-4 level. Medical and disability insurance are provided, and parking is provided. Housing is not provided. Twenty days of vacation/meeting/interview time is allowed.

The application deadline is October 1. Interview dates will be posted when available. The academic year is August 1 through July 31.
