Claudia G. Martinez, MA, is a faculty member in the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences program. Her professional background is in educational organizations and multiple forms of writing, with a research interest in writing for diverse audiences. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Literature and Spanish at Claremont McKenna College and her graduate degree in English Education at UIC. She has been an instructor in the Rush University College of Health Sciences since 2017. Courses include Capstone, as well as Professional Writing. Martinez is also an award-winning published writer of several books for young readers.
