Gastrointestinal Cancers
Audrey Kam, MD, is an assistant professor at Rush Medical College. As director of GI medical oncology, she specializes in gastrointestinal cancers including colorectal, esophageal, gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic and stomach cancers.
Kam is an active member of the Institutional Review Board committee and has expanded the clinical trial portfolio for GI cancer patients at Rush University Medical Center. Kam is also a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) committees. Her research on the outcomes of colorectal cancer patients on phase one trials was presented at the annual ASCO GI Conference in 2018, and was later published in Investigational New Drugs. Kam is fluent in English and French and is conversant in Cantonese.
