Welcome from the chiefs
Hi!
We are the 2026-2027 Pediatric Chief Residents, Aneri and Lauren! We are both from the Midwest and interested in pursuing a general pediatrics career! Our time at Rush has given us the privilege of caring for diverse communities and creating meaningful connections with our patients and families. Our faculty members have served us as invaluable teachers and role models as we've strengthened our foundation in general pediatric medicine.
As the chiefs, we are excited to support, guide and learn alongside our residents throughout their training. We are committed to being accessible mentors and strong advocates for our residents. Whether its celebrating successes, navigating challenges, exploring career goals, or simply providing a listening ear, we strive to foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
