Designing & Implementing Your Leadership Brand

Your leadership brand communicates your professional identity and distinctiveness. The essence of your brand is all about who you are, what you stand for, how you consistently behave and your added value.

In Designing & Implementing Your Leadership Brand, participants design a leadership brand and implementation strategy that serves as a guide for decision-making and embodying values-based behaviors.

This retreat is designed for clinical, non-clinical and administrative health care leaders who recognize the advantages of developing and implementing a leadership brand to facilitate recognition for further opportunities.

Program Structure

Participants will complete 30 minutes of online pre-work on their own, then join their colleagues in person on RUSH University Medical Center’s Illinois Medical District campus for an in-depth, active working 2.5-hour session.
