The Otolaryngology for Primary Care Providers Annual Symposium at Rush University aims to broaden and refine the foundational knowledge of primary care providers, enabling them to recognize, assess, and manage a wide range of common ear, nose, and throat conditions encountered in everyday practice.
By bridging existing knowledge gaps through expert-led presentations and discussions, the symposium empowers primary care providers to apply up-to-date best practices, make informed decisions regarding referrals, and deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. This educational experience emphasizes practical insights, fosters confidence in clinical judgment, and ultimately enhances patient outcomes by ensuring that clinicians are well-prepared to address otolaryngology-related concerns in a timely and effective manner.
