Clinical Efficiency
Scott Heinrich, MD, is an emergency physician and director of the emergency medicine residency program at Rush University Medical Center. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and earned his medical degree from the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at the University of Illinois at Chicago Emergency Medicine Residency. He was education director at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago for four and a half years while also serving as the associate residency director for the University of Illinois at Chicago Emergency Medicine Residency. Heinrich is currently the assistant program director for the first new emergency medicine residency program in Chicago in more than 20 years. His research interests are in medical education, and clinical efficiency.
