Empathy and Advocacy
Sara Adams, PhD, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CNE, has been a practicing nurse for over 20 years. She is a certified nurse educator and is dedicated to advancing the education of the next generation of nurses. Additionally, she is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a small private practice.
Adams’s research interests include professional empathy and advocacy and the development of these traits in practicing nurses and nursing students.
