Gregory A. Mork, BA, CCP, has been a perfusionist certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion for 37 years, practicing adult and pediatric perfusion. He is the director and clinical chief of perfusion at Rush and served as the director of clinical perfusion at the University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System since 1986. Mork has served as president and vice president of the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion, board of director for the American Society of Extracorporeal Technology (AmSECT) and president as well as vice president of the Illinois State Perfusion Society/AmSECT Region 6. He is also on the Illinois State Perfusion Licensure Board. Additionally, Mork has been involved with the perfusion technology academic program from its inception as a lecturer, clinical rotation site preceptor, faculty and advisory board member.
