Elizabeth (Lizzi) Cummings, MSW, LCSW, is the manager of Clinical Excellence and Training within the Department of Social Work and Community Health at RUSH University Medical Center. Cummings is also the lead of Hospital Integration with the Center for Health and Social Care Integration (CHaSCI), providing clinical and training support to health systems and community-based organizations across the nation as they implement CHaSCI care models and provides technical assistance support within the RUSH Center for Excellence in Aging.

In addition to her work at RUSH, Cummings serves on Access Living’s Young Professionals Council, which works to engage society to join the movement toward inclusion and independence for people with disabilities. She is also is the secretary for the Society for Social Work Leadership in Health Care's Illinois chapter.
