About interview season

Our 2022-23 interview season will be virtual! Invitations are extended to selected applicants by email. We use Thalamus for candidates to self-schedule their interviews. We will also be using their video-conferencing software. Interviews are conducted from the beginning of November through the middle of January. Those selected to interview will receive information about the interview day via email.

Due to the volume of inquiries, we are unable to respond to all emails and phone calls. We do not accept walk-in appointments and are only able to accommodate meetings with current RUSH medical college students.

Second look visits

Currently we are permitted to allow visits to our campus based on local guidelines and recommendations from the academic Internal Medicine community. We also understand that the pandemic requires flexibility, so at this time we have not committed to a plan for this. If you are selected to interview, you will be provided details on whether these are offered later in the season. If they are offered, they will be 100% optional, informal and focused around seeing our campus and meeting our residents.
