Motivating & Developing Future Leaders

Leadership excellence is critical for engaging teams, inspiring creativity and innovation, identifying and building on existing strengths, developing competitive advantages, and consistently achieving outstanding results. Building a pipeline of leaders ensures these advantages will flourish and sustain over time.

In Motivating & Developing Future Leaders, participants will learn how to identify and work with research-based motivational needs and styles to engage, influence, and develop their team members. Participants will gain expertise in utilizing the science and art of questions to further their teams’ successes.

Designed for clinical, non-clinical, and administrative healthcare leaders who are invested in developing future leaders and achieving outstanding results.

Program Structure

Participants will complete 30 minutes of online pre-work on their own schedule, then join their colleagues on RUSH University Medical Center’s Illinois Medical District campus for a 3-hour in-depth, interactive class session. Breakfast will be provided for the live class session.
