Estimates below are to be used as a guideline for pricing. Multiple things effect the cost of a program (number of credits, type of credits, number of attendees, number of faculty, etc.) We are happy to provide a final estimate after learning more about your program. RSS- Regularly Scheduled Series (grand rounds, tumor board)
An annual fee will be assessed based on how often the series occurs and the type of credit.
*Includes Dietitian credit through the Commission on Dietetic Registration, occupational therapy and physical therapy through the state of Illinois For RSS courses that are recorded and posted online for viewing the additional annual fees are:
Weekly or bi-weekly – 9000
Monthly – 2800
Quarterly -1000
Live activities (in-person or virtual)
*Includes Dietitian credit through the Commission on Dietetic Registration, occupational therapy and physical therapy through the state of Illinois
*If an activity is being offered several times through the year (same content and faculty) there will be a $500 administrative fee added to the total for the year.
*The cost for activities that are part of a series will be calculated using the total number of credits for all activities. There will be an additional administrative fee for activities that do not use our system to process attendee credits.
Enduring Materials – online learning
There are multiple fees for an enduring material. The first fee is the accreditation fees located below in the chart. This fee is per year. We can accredit a course for a maximum of 3 years.

If you are hosting the online activity on your site, please make sure it has a secure log-in, a testing component and the ability to display a link to claim for the attendee to claim their credit. If we are hosting your activity there is a $500 hosting fee per course, per year. In addition to this fee, there is a $25/per person registration fee.
