Substance Use Intervention Team (SUIT) Consult
The SUIT consult team will round on identified high-risk patients to assess whether to initiate medication or discuss the patient linkage to outpatient services upon discharge. Our Social Work team is available to access a patient's motivation and provide substance use related case management services. If ready, patients can begin MAT and, upon discharge, receive individual psychotherapy, case management, and continued medication treatment at the SUIT clinic.
