Sharlet Anderson, PhD, completed her internship and residency at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine before joining the faculty at Rush University Medical Center. In the Department of Neurological Sciences, Section of Movement Disorders, she performs neuropsychological evaluations for patients with Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders, including presurgical deep brain stimulation evaluations. She also conducts neuropsychological evaluations for patients with other diagnoses including dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injury and ADHD. Anderson also provides psychotherapy services for individuals with chronic illness utilizing mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy.
