Katherine Matics is a family nurse practitioner and assistant professor in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at RUSH University College of Nursing. Her clinical practice is at Lawndale Christian Health Center providing primary care across the lifespan in a medically underserved community on the southwest side of Chicago. Her primary clinical interests and scholarship are centered around improving access to high quality care in underserved communities and training nurse practitioner students.
