Janet Furman, MMS, PA-C

Janet Furman, MMS, PA-C, has practiced as a physician assistant (PA) for over 10 years in family medicine, emergency medicine and internal medicine. She earned a master’s degree in medical science from Midwestern University and a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from Rush. She has teaching responsibilities in both the didactic and clinical year of the PA program and still practices when she can in the emergency department and in the Rush Walk-In Care Center at Lincoln Park. In her free time, she is an avid triathlete and has a vested interest in sports medicine as well as emergency medicine.
