We are happy to get you into our simulation labs to start your training. Before you start, there are a few things you can do to help us best help you.

Want to schedule a session?

When you’re ready to plan a session, please contact simscheduling@rush.edu to set up a planning meeting. This meeting will help you form clear objectives, develop scenarios and understand the best techniques for debriefing.

Don’t wait! Plan ahead and meet with us.

Schedule your simulation session at least six weeks in advance. This helps secure your preferred dates and allows for adequate planning.

At least one month before the date of the session, course faculty are encouraged to meet with RCCSS staff to review the simulation cases and session design. Our team will then plan for your equipment and supply needs to ensure a successful session for your learners.

The RCCSS cancellation policy requires that our staff be notified fifteen business days prior to the scheduled session in the event that a cancellation becomes necessary. This allows us to accomodate other requests.
