In Leadership Strategies for a Thriving Culture & Amplified Results, participants learn essential, research-based strategies to meet the needs of the current paradigm shift, create thriving cultures and achieve high-impact outcomes.

This retreat is designed for clinical, non-clinical and administrative healthcare leaders looking to make a more positive impact on their teams, organization and patient care.

Program Structure

Participants will complete 30 minutes of online pre-work on their own schedule, then join their colleagues in person on RUSH University Medical Center’s Illinois Medical District campus for an in-depth, active working 2.5-hour session. Breakfast will be provided for the live session.
