As a clinical nurse leader (CNL), you will manage the comprehensive care of individuals and clinical populations across the continuum of care and in multiple settings. Promoting health, reducing risk, and improving point-of-care outcomes are critical elements in your role as a clinical nurse leader.

Our clinical nurse leader master’s program prepares you to assume leadership and accountability for the health outcomes of clients within a unit or setting through assimilating and applying research-based information to design, implement, and evaluate plans of care. You will also learn how to coordinate and plan care team activities and functions.
