Request transcripts
Rush University's Office of the Registrar will assist you in acquiring transcript copies and records. Transcripts are free to alumni, and requests generally take three to five business days to be processed.
You may submit a request through the Registrar website: Transcript Request.

Submit a class note

Notify us of an alum's passing
Please send us notice of the death of a friend or family member who is an alumnus of Rush or one of our predecessor schools (St. Luke's, Presbyterian or Presbyterian-St. Luke's). We will honor his or her memory with mention in a future print edition of the Rush University Magazine. We offer our sincerest condolences to the families, friends and colleagues of those who have passed.
Please include the alum's full name, date of passing and last place of residence. You may also submit a published obituary or photo, if available.
