  • Ways to Manage Concerns & Anxiety
    There are many simple and effective ways to manage your concerns and anxieties, including:
    • Get the facts: Stay informed with the latest resources here.
    • Keep things in perspective: Remember to take a break from watching the news and focus on the things that are positive in your life.
    • Be mindful of your assumptions about others: To prevent stigma and discrimination in the workplace, use only guidance described here to determine risk of COVID-19. In line with our ICARE Values, do not make determinations of risk based on race or country of origin.
    • Stay healthy: Practice good hand-washing and basic hygiene. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Avoid contact with others who are sick and stay home while sick.
    • Keep connected: Keeping in contact with friends and family can help maintain a sense of normalcy. These groups provide valuable outlets for you to share feelings and relieve stress.
