This conference had been planned for the fall of 2019 and had to be cancelled for logistical reasons. Many thanks to the speakers who had committed to speak on this topic of increasing importance. This website remains up with a link to resources on the topic of the best process for developing and accessing digital innovations with patient feedback as well as examples of the apps, chatbots, telehealth systems, bedside devices, patient portrals and other digital innovations where there is evidence that the patients themselves see these as improving their experience.
