Financial Affairs is pleased to announce that direct deposit is now available for student refund checks. Interested students need to submit the Direct Deposit Authorization Form to Financial Affairs. There is a minimum of ten business days processing time to have a student account changed to direct deposit. Please note that direct deposits of overpayments can only be sent to U.S. banks.

Completed forms need to be mailed or hand delivered to Financial Affairs in Suite 282 of the Triangle Office Building (1700 W. Van Buren Street). The signed form must be accompanied by a voided check to allow deposit into a checking account or by a letter from one's bank to allow deposit into a savings account.

Direct deposit will save on printing, paper and postage. It should also result in refunds being available to students much more quickly than relying on the U.S. Postal Service to deliver checks to students' homes.

All students who expect to get a refund from Rush are strongly encouraged to authorize direct deposit to their bank account.
