Health Systems Management - The People The heart of the Rush Graduate Program in Health Systems Management (HSM) is the people of HSM. These people include faculty, staff, students and alumni. As a result, Rush enjoys an outstanding reputation for its innovative practitioner-teacher model, where learning is facilitated by real-world executives who work at the cutting-edge of health care today. Rush continues as the only fully accredited health care management graduate program employing the practitioner-teacher model.
