Welcome From the Director

Thank you for your interest in the hand surgery fellowship at Rush University. Our fellowship is ACGME-accredited. Our fellowship provides broad clinical training and research opportunities within the full spectrum of upper extremity surgery, including several areas which are traditionally difficult in which to receive training.

About the Program

The fellow will proceed through three rotations and in the process learn from five faculty whose practices are dedicated to the care of the hand, wrist and elbow. This will be in the form of an apprenticeship, where on each rotation the trainee spends consistent time both in the office and the operating room with select faculty to maintain effective continuity of care.
