Thank you for your interest in the Rush Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program in the Departments of Family Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery at Rush University Medical Center.

About The Program

Our program is a one-year ACGME accredited fellowship for applicants who have completed a residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics and who desire indepth training in Sports Medicine and musculoskeletal issues with the goal of sitting for the Sports Medicine CAQ examination.

How To Apply

The Rush Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program accepts one fellow per year. To apply to our program, please complete the Universal Application available on the AMSSM Web site. We require three letters of recommendation, curriculum vitae and personal statement as well any other documents requested on the application form.
