Confocal Microscopy Core The confocal microscopy core instrumentation consists of one three-color and one two-color laser confocal microscope, in addition to a unique dual confocal scanner. Jeffrey Kordower, PhD, is the facilitator of this TRC, and works with Eduardo Rios, PhD, who is the PI on the shared instrumentation grant that permitted acquisition of the dual confocal scanner on management of the Core.
