OT Clinical ServicesWithin the Medical Center there are more than 30 dedicated occupational therapy practitioners working with pediatric, adult and geriatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. All faculty hold clinical positions and many clinicians hold faculty appointments within the College of Health Sciences and exemplify the concept of the practitioner-teacher-investigator model typical of all educational programs in the university. Occupational therapy practitioners provide clinical training to over 20 students from Rush and other academic programs each year. Research Facility and ActivitiesResearch facilities in the Department of Occupational Therapy include clinical and academic areas with designated research laboratories.
