Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing (PhD) - Online
The PhD in Nursing graduate will function as a nurse scientist with expertise in clinical phenomena, the investigative skills of a researcher and the leadership skills for influencing health care systems. A minimum of 70 quarter hours of post-master's graduate study, in addition to a dissertation, is required to earn the PhD degree. The PhD degree can be pursued full or part-time during a regular academic year program.
Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) - Online
The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) graduate is a doctorally prepared nurse with expertise in outcomes management and is prepared to function as a leader in complex environments. The DNP program is 42 credit hours and can be completed online in two years on a part-time basis.
