Residency Counseling Program

Residency education in all specialties requires the development and integration of clinical academic learning in a context of increasing responsibility and demanding daily work. While rewarding, this process may become consuming and stressful at times. Residents may experience difficulties in job performance, personal relationships and self esteem while completing their training.
