Michael Schoeny, PhD is an expert in clinical research methodology and statistical analysis. He completed a PhD in child-clinical psychology at DePaul University in 2000, where he received extensive training in research design, program evaluation, and statistical analyses.  Over the past 20 years, Schoeny has been a co-investigator on numerous funded research grants. Within the College of Nursing, Schoeny collaborates with researchers studying physical activity, father involvement, parenting, and a problem-solving intervention for individuals with intellectual disabilities living in group homes. Schoeny also collaborates with researchers in the Division of Infectious Diseases and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Schoeny teaches Multivariate Statistics within the PhD program.  In addition, he frequently provides methodological and statistical support to students and serves on dissertation committees.
