Faculty/Staff Description:
Dr. Parks is a Chicago native who obtained his BA with Honors at Knox College in Galesburg Illinois in 1992. He is a 1997 graduate of Rush Medical College's problem-based curriculum. Clarence completed his Med-Peds residency training in 2001 at Wayne State University / Detroit Medical Center, and was in primary care practice in Freeport, Illinois. Throughout his professional career, Dr. Parks has received various awards and commendations and has been an active member in his local medical community. He is currently county Health Board President as well as Medical Director of the local hospice and chemical dependency programs.
