All participating Vascular Surgery programs are required to utilize the ERAS Fellowship Program for applications. Please visit their Web site and follow the instructions. We require a minimum of three letters of recommendation, one being from your Chairman of the Department of Surgery, copies of your ABSITE scores, and where applicable, USMLE, ECFMG, and visa documentation, as well as a recent photograph. We also request your e-mail address as this helps expedite the exchange of information.

Only those candidates' files which are complete will be reviewed for consideration of an interview. If an interview is granted you will be contacted by e-mail and arrangements will be made accordingly.
